Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at: admin@gr1nd.eu.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at admin@gr1nd.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Condition of Returned Products
The product may be unpacked and inspected only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use beyond this scope.
If the product shows signs of use, the seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the loss in value.
Mouse Pads
Mouse pads may be unpacked and inspected.
If there are visible signs of use (e.g. dirt, wear, odor), the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
Mouse Feet (Skates)
Mouse feet are a single-use product.
In the event of:
- removal of the protective film
- attempted installation
- application to a mouse
the product loses its commercial value and is no longer suitable for resale.
In such cases:
the return may be rejected or reduced even to €0 due to complete loss of value.
To be eligible for a return:
- the product must be unused
- it must be in its original condition
- it must show no signs of use
Partially used products (e.g. after application or use of components) are not eligible for return or may be subject to a partial refund.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Packaging
Lack of original packaging does not exclude a return, but it may affect the reduction of the refund amount.
14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
